SoundTales, “stories through sounds”, is a new format for narrating the entrepreneurial fabric of the business context through a study of organizational soundscapes.
The sounds of places of production and of production processes, reworked by the artist and fashioned into a soundscape composition, become the identifying element which gives form and rhythm to the organization’s vision.
SoundTales brings together sound and video art and businesses, infusing company brands with new meaning through original promotional pieces that showcase the poetic expression of the artists.
Alessio Ballarini: multimedia artist, together with Francesco Giannico in 2010 founded AIPS Archivio Italiano Paesaggi Sonori and in 2013 the art music label Oak Editions. He played in the most important Italian festivals, galleries, museums and international spaces.
The SoundTales concept was developed that to the collaboration with the Gagliardini company of Jesi (Ancona), which hosted a soundscape composition workshop and whose sounds were used in an international call for sound designers.
